My research focuses on InSAR displacement measurement associated with earthquakes, geothermal fields, landslides, etc., in which advanced algorithms and methods are used to guarantee the reliability of InSAR results. Based on the InSAR displacements, the undergoing geophysical mechanism/process is further analyzed. My Ph.D. degree mainly includes estimating InSAR three-dimensional (3-D) displacements by combining various SAR/InSAR measurements (i.e., DInSAR, POT, MAI, and BOI), and mitigating errors (e.g., decorrelation noise, DEM error, tropospheric delay) in InSAR time series. I swiftly obtained and shared the 3-D displacements of several earthquakes (e.g., the 2021 Mw7.4 Maduo earthquake and the 2022 Mw6.9 Menyuan earthquake in China). Also, the long-term (2007-2020) InSAR displacements over the Geysers geothermal field in California are acquired. I’m now trying to look into the mechanism of earthquakes, geothermal fields, and so on.
